HALE operates in cooperation with many domestic banks accepting payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, JCB and domestic credit cards such as Vietcombank, Techcombank, ACB and many others. All payment information will be transferred directly to HALE’s bank account.
After completing the payment, you will receive payment information from the bank via (email or phone number). Within a maximum of 24 working hours from the time you make payment to HALE’s account, you will receive a notification via mail or phone from the Company to confirm your payment.
All transaction information of customers at HALE via credit card is secured by encryption (you can see the terms “privacy policy”)

05. Change, cancellation, termination of transaction

If in case the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the Customer or the Company may refer the dispute to the competent court in Vietnam.
